For multi-island schedules we sequence call times against boat departures and tide windows, flag wet-season backup, and list verified emergency contacts and the nearest clinic for each location. Distribution runs through email, WhatsApp and SMS with read confirmation, and revised sheets carry clear version stamps so nobody works from a stale draft when a location or weather call changes all-night.
