Each monitor is calibrated before delivery with pro calibration gear so colour reads true across the chain. HDR-capable panels are ready for high dynamic range workflows. Tropical conditions shape our prep: equatorial heat stresses panels and electronics, so we plan shade and ventilation. Humidity makes condensation a risk when monitors move between air-conditioned cars and humid exteriors.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. We brief acclimatisation. And monsoon rain and salt air are guarded against with weather covers and sealed cases on coastal shoots. High-brightness, sun-readable monitors are key under the intense Indonesian sun, and we specify them for exterior work. For shoots crossing the archipelago, monitors travel in padded, crush-proof cases sized for domestic flights and boat transfers. We carry backup panels and distribution gear so a failed monitor never holds up a setup. A technician can support calibration and setup through the shoot.

Field monitors are passive display gear and carry no range considerations, though any wireless video feed driving them falls under RF range administered by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, Komdigi, through its SDPPI directorate.
